About this Course

The topic Team Building and Partnering aims to offer state-of-the-art training on the dynamics most used in Team Management in SMES. This will be an advanced specialization training in People and Leadership, following an integrated logic of value creation.

It is intended to present the various stages of team development, understand their level of commitment, facilitate decision making and present the best models for meeting moderation. The trainee will have access to the current theories and methods most used in the development of High-Performance Teams.

It has a structure that integrates the general perspective of people management with the concepts, models and practices of the Leadership area.

Learning Objectives and Outcomes

After this training, trainees should be able to:

• Understand the definition of a Team, its characteristics and challenges, the team development model and analyze the status of your team;

• Apply methods and techniques to improve Team Performance;

• Create templates for more effective meetings according to the objectives set;

• Select and adopt the best performance evaluation model for the Team;

• Understand and use the best feedback and motivation techniques;

Requirements

Prior knowledge is not required for this model. The training will always start with the necessary framework for the learner's ease of learning.

Level of teaching

This training will be more useful and make more sense for Management professionals and / or Entrepreneurs who work with Teams. The language will be clear and objective and easy to understand for those who are familiar with the business world of people management. An overview will be presented to give a framework and only later will the theories, techniques and more specific and specialized information be presented.
